Our Team

Since her 15-year tenure as Administrator of the ARDC, Mary Robinson has represented hundreds of lawyers in disciplinary investigations and prosecutions, while counseling hundreds more through ethical concerns that arise in their practices. She has also worked with legal and other professionals seeking to develop business models compliant with lawyer ethics, and she has served as an expert witness in matters involving issues of professional responsibility. Ms. Robinson is not currently accepting new engagements, but she remains available to the other attorneys of the firm for consultation on client matters.

Recognized by her peers as a "Super Lawyer" and/or “Leading Lawyer” in the area of professional liability for every year since 2007, Stephanie has successfully represented hundreds of lawyers and other professionals before the ARDC, the Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation (IDFPR), the Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar, the Judicial Inquiry Board, and in state and federal civil litigation matters.

Jim is an experienced advisor and litigator well versed in legal ethics and the law of lawyering. He provides skilled consultation and advocacy on a wide range of professional responsibility issues for lawyers and other professionals, incorporating deep experience and a keen eye for emerging trends.
